What have you been doing for the past 60 years?: I worked at Prudential in Jax and Roanoke, Virginia for a total of 7 years. Spent the next 30+ years in Atlanta, Georgia in the insurance industry and when in my 40's left the business world, became a college "girl" to get my AS degree for nursing. Returned to Jax in 2004 to care for my aging, ill family members and to get back home to Florida! Took early retirement at age 63, the best decision of my life. I have a daughter, Donna, born in 1970 who has blessed me with two grandsons, ages 2 and 4. She and her husband are in Tampa, she's a PhD working for USF. My brother, Bob, and I have a sort of antique and junk business that keeps us busy buying and trying to sell. It's more of a hobby as we seldom make any profit, just fun.
