| What have you been doing for the past 60 years?: I joined the U.S. Navy in 1963 as a Crytologic Technician and retired as a Chief Petty Officer. My Navy career as a naval aviator in the Intelligence Field took me all over the world and I lived throughout Europe and Asia until retiring in 1984. After attaining a BS in Computer Science degree (graduating with honors), my second career in the aerospace industry focused on advanced intelligence systems for the military and multiple government agencies and led me into many years of close interaction with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the National Security Agency (NSA), the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), and many, many other national intelligence organizations. I retired as the Director of Business Development for a division of BAE Systems (a multi-billion dollar, multi-national corporation headquartered in London) in 2006. I am happily married to my wife of 36 years and live in Escondido, CA. We have two sons, two grandchildren and love to travel. | |
